calling on their fears
danger whispering, murmuring
a glimpse of shapeless movement
scuttling through the dark
like an injured spider
draining, stopping, sudden pains
intensifying, glaring eyes
glistening flesh, discolored
dripping corpse
collapsing in the dark
shrieking, sluggishly fading
into the darkness
